AI Solutions Architect
As an AI Solutions Architect at Loom, you will design, build, and deploy advanced AI systems that power mission-critical products for enterprise clients. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers and product leaders to solve complex problems at scale, architecting solutions that drive real business impact. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI product development—from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise-grade products and platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Lead technical design reviews and set best practices for AI system development, deployment, and monitoring
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating state-of-the-art AI research and technologies
- Ensure AI solutions are robust, secure, explainable, and compliant with industry standards
- Mentor and upskill engineering teams on AI/ML best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Strong software engineering skills (distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure)
- Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD for AI
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous, complex technical problems and deliver high-impact results
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or multimodal models
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
Location
Remote-eligible. Candidates must be eligible for work in USA, Canada, or Mexico.
