Customer Engineer AI Specialist
Loom’s Customer Engineer AI Specialists are trusted advisors and technical experts for our enterprise clients. You will work directly with customers to design, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum business value. You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with a passion for customer success, helping clients achieve their goals with Loom’s AI products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers deploying Loom’s AI solutions
- Design and implement integration architectures, APIs, and workflows tailored to customer needs
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Deliver technical enablement, documentation, and best practices to customer teams
- Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product direction and roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, support, consulting) with AI/ML product experience
- Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux systems
- Experience integrating APIs, deploying ML models, and automating workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and AI product lifecycle management
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance
