Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Loom, you will be the strategic partner for our enterprise clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from our AI products. You’ll lead onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, driving adoption and measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to ensure every client’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, for Loom’s AI product suite
  • Develop deep relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business goals and success metrics
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and expansion through tailored enablement and strategic guidance
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to proactively address challenges and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to advocate for customer needs and shape the roadmap

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise support for SaaS or AI products
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and measurable results for enterprise clients
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights

Preferred

  • Experience supporting AI/ML or data-driven products
  • Familiarity with enterprise change management and digital transformation

Location

Remote-eligible. Candidates must be eligible for work in USA, Canada, or Mexico.
